Step 1: Apply to be an Eco Fest Vendor

Vendor applications are being accepted for the second Resilient Watertown Eco Fest being held at the Commander's Mansion in Watertown, MA on Saturday, May 9, 2026.  The event is scheduled from 11am-2pm and vendor setup will open beginning at 9am.  There is no cost to apply.  Selected vendors will be provided with directions on how to submit their registration fee and confirm their spot.

All vendors will be assigned a 10x10' space over brick pavers in an 80x40' reception tent on site.  One 6-foot banquet table and two folding chairs will be provided for each registration. 

A confirmation email will be sent following the receipt of your application.

Vendor applications close on April 10, 2026.  Selected vendors will be notified by email with steps to complete the registration process, including submitting the required registration fee and liability release form.

$500 Event Sponsorship

Official Eco Fest event sponsors at this tier will receive the following:

• website recognition
• company name/logo printed on event day flyers, maps and signage
• set up your own branded pop-up tent in an assigned high traffic guest location
• provided with two 6' banquet tables and four folding chairs to use from the venue
• sponsor supplied banner will be displayed prominently at the event

$200 Event Sponsorship

Official Eco Fest event sponsors at this tier will receive the following:

• website recognition
• company name/logo printed on event day flyers, maps and signage
• provided with two 6' banquet tables and four folding chairs to use from the venue

Step 2A: Registration for INTERNAL CITY DEPARTMENTS & COMMITTEES (password required)

All internal departments and committees will be assigned a 10x10' space over brick pavers in an 80x40' reception tent on site.  One 6-foot banquet table and two folding chairs will be provided for each registration.  A confirmation email will be sent following the receipt of your application.

Additional vendor information (including parking, checking in, assigned booth location, and all other logistics) will be sent by email leading up to the event.

Step 2B: Registration for selected NONPROFIT vendors (password required)
