SELECTION DATE AND REGISTRATION
Selected vendors will be notified by Friday, April 11, 2025. Steps to submit registration fee and confirm your spot will be included in the email notification.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Each registration includes one 6 ft banquet table and two folding chairs. No tents are needed (all vendors will be assigned to a 10 by 10 ft space under a reception tent). Please ensure that all equipment and materials can fit within a 10 by 10 ft space.
REFUND POLICY
Payment is non-refundable.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Registration is non-transferable.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
There is no rain date planned for the event. A rain plan is being planned.
